Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made from Hypermentum. We sell digital products only (for example templates, assets, tools, and other downloadable digital resources). No physical items are shipped.

2. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final once any download or access to the files occurs. We do not offer refunds or returns for digital products. Please review product details and compatibility before purchasing.

Nothing in this policy affects rights you may have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded.

3. Exceptional Discretionary Cases

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion. We decide case-by-case and are not obliged to offer a refund in any circumstance. If we grant a refund, we will revoke your licence and access. You must delete all copies and backups and stop using the files immediately.

Examples of issues that do not qualify for a refund:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incompatibility with your software or device
  • Performance results that do not meet your expectations
  • Accidental purchase of the wrong item when the correct item is available
  • Price changes or promotional pricing after purchase

4. Defective Files and Access Problems

If a download link fails or a file is corrupted due to an error on our side, we will re-provide working files or equivalent access at no cost. This is not a refund. You must notify us within a reasonable time and provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

5. Compatibility and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your device, software and versions can open and use the file formats provided. We may list compatible apps for convenience, but software updates can change compatibility. Lack of compatibility is not a defect and is not a basis for a refund.

6. Duplicate or Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe a purchase was duplicated or unauthorised, contact us promptly with your order number and details. We investigate in coordination with our payment processor. We may ask for additional information to assess the claim. We reserve the right to suspend access while we investigate. Where delivery and access records show the product was supplied as described, we may contest chargebacks.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issue. If you initiate a chargeback, we may provide evidence of delivery and access to the payment provider (including timestamps, IP logs and download counts). We may suspend or terminate access to current and future purchases pending resolution.

8. Exchanges and Credits

We do not offer exchanges or store credit for digital products.

9. Bundles, Collections and Licences

Bundles and collections are not refundable in whole or part. If a product includes a separate commercial or resale licence, your use is governed by that licence. A misunderstanding of licence terms is not a basis for a refund.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Hypermentum operates, consistent with our Terms of Service.

12. Immediate Digital Delivery and Waiver of Withdrawal Rights

By completing a purchase on Hypermentum, you request and consent to the immediate delivery of digital content. You acknowledge that once access to the digital product or download begins, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply to digital content purchases, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
