Hypermentum sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

Delivery of Digital Products

After completing a purchase, customers receive immediate access to the digital materials through the order confirmation page and/or order download page. These pages provide the downloadable files or access links associated with the purchased product.

Access Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your digital product (for example, a download link not working or files not being accessible), please contact our support team with your order number. We will re-provide working access to the purchased product as quickly as possible.
